Privacy Policy

Hakone TCG is an online store for Pokémon TCG sealed products and collector items. Customers can browse products, create an account, place orders, and review their order history. Google Sign-In is optional and uses basic Google account data—your name, email address, and profile picture, if provided—only to create, link, and authenticate your Hakone TCG account.

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, shipping address, order contents, and communications with support. Hakone stores your account name and optional phone number. Stripe Checkout collects checkout address details, and Hakone retains a shipping address snapshot with each completed order for fulfillment and order history.

When you use Google Sign-In, Google provides your name, email address, profile picture if provided, and email-verification status. We also process session, device, browser, IP-address, security-log, cart-cookie, and transaction information needed to operate and protect the store.

Stripe processes payment-card data. Hakone TCG receives transaction identifiers and payment status, but does not store full card numbers or CVC values.

We use information to provide accounts, process and deliver orders, communicate about purchases, prevent fraud, secure the store, answer support requests, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information only as needed to vendors that help operate the store: Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused Web Analytics, Supabase for database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Google when you choose Google sign-in.

Vercel Web Analytics reports aggregated page and device statistics without third-party advertising cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers.

Essential cookies preserve your cart and authenticated session. Blocking them can prevent cart or account features from working.

Because Hakone TCG does not use cross-site behavioral tracking, the site does not currently change its operation in response to legacy browser Do Not Track signals. We continue to honor applicable privacy rights submitted through the process below.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the store, maintain transaction and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@hakonetcg.com. We may verify your identity and may retain information where needed for orders, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.

Hakone TCG does not currently offer promotional email subscriptions. Transactional messages about accounts and orders are sent as needed to provide the service.
