Final Sale & Refund Policy

All online sales are final. Hakone TCG does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for opened or unopened products, buyer's remorse, duplicate purchases, or a change of mind.

Collectible prices can rise or fall. A change in market price after purchase does not qualify an order for cancellation, return, exchange, price adjustment, or refund.

Confirm the product name, set, language, quantity, price, and shipping address before submitting payment. Product packaging can vary slightly from manufacturer photography without changing the identified product.

If an order is not delivered, or if Hakone TCG sends a materially incorrect item, email support@hakonetcg.com with the order number and relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable requirements, resolution may include carrier review, replacement, correction, cancellation, or refund to the original payment method.

Keep the product, original packaging, shipping carton, and label if an order appears damaged in transit. Contact support before opening a visibly damaged sealed product and include clear photographs so we can evaluate the carrier claim and available resolution.

Do not mail or refuse a package as a return without written instructions from Hakone TCG. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and do not create a right to a refund.
