Shipping Policy

Hakone TCG currently ships only to valid delivery addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available.

In-stock orders are normally processed for shipment within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and begins after payment is successfully completed.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $150.00 have a standard shipping charge. The shipping cost is shown at Checkout. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $150.00 or more.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal shown at Checkout, before shipping and taxes. The final shipping charge is displayed before payment. Expedited service is not currently offered.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@hakonetcg.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address may be charged before an order is resent.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law. If tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us so we can review the carrier record and available next steps.
