Terms of Service

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be able to enter a binding agreement; minors may use the store only with a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Product availability, images, descriptions, and prices may change. We may correct errors and may reject or cancel an order before shipment for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, purchase-limit, or compliance reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its applicable terms and privacy notices. You authorize the charge shown at Checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

All online sales are final. We do not accept voluntary returns, exchanges, or cancellations because of buyer's remorse, opened or unopened packaging, or changes in collectible market value. Review the complete Final Sale & Refund Policy before ordering.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We currently ship only within the United States. Processing, rates, address responsibilities, delays, and delivery issues are governed by the Shipping Policy.

You may not misuse the store, interfere with security or availability, use automated purchasing tools without permission, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the service in violation of law.

Hakone TCG's original site content, branding, and software are protected by applicable law. Pokémon and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every listing error will be detected before purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, Hakone TCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable United States federal law, without overriding consumer protections that apply to you.
